HIGH SPEED MILLING MACHINE
This high speed technology allows us to machine dies, plates and electrodes using 3D data directly from our CAD system.  This increases accuracy and eliminates program error.
 
  

     
CNC  SPARK EROSION MACHINE
This 4 axis AGIE EDM machine is cutting edge technology, with 5 station tool change, capable of running 24 hrs a day.  This greatly reduces our lead times and labour costs, making us very competitive.

 

 

  
     
Tool trials and production moulding are available using the latest moulding machines.  Anything from first samples to large volumes of any product can be manufactured, assembled and packaged if required.
